       Cripps Pink (Pink Lady™) apple originates from Australia in 1979.  It is a delicious sweet/sharp varietal that is mild in flavour, yet exceedingly refreshing.  Its flesh is dense and crisp, and as the name suggests, it has a uniquely pink flush over a yellow/green background.  This is a modern dessert apple that is also great for cooking and juice blends. Moderate vigour.  Requires long season with strong autumn sun.
